Email: info@kind-things.org The objective of the foundation is to perform services for the public benefit in Greece and anywhere else in the world in the educational, literary, scientific, exploratory, journalistic, artistic, cultural, health, social welfare, research, historical, archeological, or athletic fields; and also to accept bequests with the benefit of inventory and to perform all such further acts and activities as are in the widest sense connected therewith, incidental thereto and/or which may be conducive thereto. The objective of the Foundation is not to gain profits.
The foundation’s policy plan focuses on 4 main pillars, serving as a vital response to the pressing challenges and ethical imperatives of our time. These pillars refer to Animal welfare (striving to protect and nurture these sentient beings, promoting the ethical treatment of animals and advocating for their rights), Veganism & Sustainability (educate and empower individuals to make choices that reduce their environmental impact, contributing to a greener, healthier Earth and support animal welfare), Children's Well-being & Support for Those in Need (providing aid, support, resources, and a helping hand to children, individuals and families facing adversity, fostering resilience and hope), and Society & Community (working to bridge divides, and encourage community engagement, fostering a sense of unity and interconnectedness).
Foundation’s Management Board, elect out of its body a chairman, a secretary and a treasurer. The positions of secretary and treasurer may also be held by one person (article 5, paragraph 2 of the AoA).
The Foundation may be represented by two (2) Management Board members acting jointly.

Regarding the renumeration policy, the foundation relies on volunteers for the time being. As for the Board Members remuneration, according to article 7 paragraph 7 & 8 of the AoA, no remuneration can be granted to the Management Board members. Expenses will be reimbursed to the Management Board members on production of the necessary proof.
The foundation’s activities will be uploaded for public view on its dedicated website when they are planned or carried out.
Its financial statements will be attached and available for downloading in this section in the future.
The first fiscal year, will extend over a twelve-month period starting from 8.6.2023 until 31.12.2024.
